WEALTH MANAGEMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This adhesion contract describes the terms and conditions applicable to the PLAN WEALTH MANAGEMENT “PWM” platform provided by Plan Wealth Management LTD, Mill Mall Tower, 2nd Floor, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“PWM”) with address to hear and receive notifications in Mexican territory at Manzana 329 Lote 9, Edificio Terramar 31, Playa Del Carmen, Solidaridad, Quinatan Roo.
In order to use “PWM”, navigate, register and/or use the services contained within the microsites of each event that uses the “PWM” platform within the website https://creamedic.com.mx, you, the user, shall be subject to these terms and conditions by giving your express consent, in terms of article 1803 of the Mexican Federal Civil Code, section I.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF UNDERSTANDING THIS DOCUMENT, THE FOLLOWING DEFINITIONS OF THE RELEVANT CONCEPTS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED:
- Content: Any information, trademarks, publications, releases, and documents,
including photos, data and images that are available through “PWM”. - PLAN WEALTH MANAGEMENT (PWM): Informative website about finance
and financial and wealth consulting. - User: A citizen of legal age in his/her country of origin and residence, who
voluntarily will consult our site to learn more about our services in “PWM”. Use: is understood all access, consultation of informative material, interaction, Exchange of information and communications through our website https://planwm.com
I. OBJECT
The purpose of these terms and conditions of use is to regulate the provision of our service and to regulate the use and interaction between the parties involved. The service of “PWM” consists mainly of:
- To act as an informative platform about finances and consulting on financial and patrimonial issues.
- Providing timely information to users about lifestyle, investments, financial freedom, investment plans, retirement programs, etc.
- To contact the interested public to offer them our consulting services in financial and patrimonial matters.
II. CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE
The provision of the services covered by this adhesion contract shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:
- USER OBLIGATIONS:
- The user, declares under oath that they are a citizen of legal age in their country of origin and residence, in the full use and enjoyment of their faculties;
- The user declares under oath that the information provided through the “PWM”
platform, including all personal data, is true, valid, reliable and verifiable; - The use of the “PWM” platform and the corresponding e-pass are completely free
of charge for the User.
III. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION ON THE "PWM" PLATFORM.
“PWM” does not guarantee the continuity and availability of the content and/or services made available.
“PWM” is not responsible for the source code of the “PWM” platform being free of errors that may cause damage to the software and/or hardware of the equipment from which the user accesses it.
Likewise, it shall not be liable for any damage caused by accessing and/or using the website https://planwm.com
IV. IMPORTANT NOTICE RELATED TO THE SAFETY OF THE "PWM" PLATFORM
The security in the use of “PWM”, depends largely on the security of the network through which you access it, “PWM” does not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, on time, secure or free of errors beyond our control. In addition, we cannot be responsible for Internet service failures, server power outages, or any technical failures not directly attributable to our service.
V. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data in force, Plan Wealth Management LTD undertakes to take the necessary measures to guarantee the user’s security, preventing the improper use of the personal data that the user provides through of “PWM”

Plan Wealth Management LTD reserves the right to make any modifications to the Privacy Notice at any time and without prior notice, according to its needs or changes in the applicable legislation, and the user accepts such modifications.
VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Plan Wealth Management LTD is the sole and exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights of the “PWM” platform including, but not limited to images, trademarks, source code, databases, designs and other elements that distinguish it, protected by international legislation on intellectual property.
In addition, it has services or materials provided by third parties under license, and therefore the latter retain their intellectual property rights.
The registered trademarks of third parties as well as the different photographs, images and designs appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used under license or express authorization.
The user agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of the owner and third parties and may only view the elements of the platform, download, and store them for personal use only.
The partial or total reproduction of any of the elements contained and the information generated on the “PWM” platform is strictly prohibited.
“PWM” and the other holders of rights contained in this platform reserve the right to exercise any relevant legal action against users who violate the provisions set forth in this clause.
VII. TERM OF VALIDITY
The services provided by “PWM” are “on demand” services, therefore, the term of this contract is indefinite and shall subsist until the services provided are consummated.
VIII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions of use are governed by the applicable legislation in force, and for all matters relating to the interpretation, compliance, breach, termination and any dispute related to these terms and conditions, the User and “PWM” submit to the jurisdiction of the competent federal courts located in Mexico City and expressly and irrevocably waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile or for any other reason whatsoever.
